    3-Day Review Period

    Clients are granted a three (3) day review period from the date of purchase to review their order and determine if the Custom Journal Creation Experience is the right fit.

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of purchase

    • Requests submitted after the 3-day window will not be honored

    No Refunds After 3 Days

    After the 3-day review period expires, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Custom journal design services

    • Layout creation and formatting

    • Content development or customization

    • Coaching, guidance, or training components

    No Refunds or Credits Once Training or Work Begins

    Once any portion of the service has started, including:

    • Training sessions

    • Strategy calls or onboarding

    • Design, layout, or content development

    There are NO refunds, NO credits, and NO transfers, regardless of completion status or usage.

    Custom Work Clause

    Because this experience involves custom, personalized creative work, refunds or credits cannot be issued once work has begun. Time, resources, and intellectual effort are allocated immediately upon onboarding.

    Client Acknowledgment

    By purchasing and participating in the Custom Journal Creation Experience, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
