To better serve our clients and manage our schedule efficiently, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your spa appointment. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a $30 Cancellation.

 

(No call, No Show) Missed appointments without prior notification will be charged the full service fee of the appointment that was scheduled.
